Griffin Christmas

The annual Griffin Family Christmas was this past weekend at Kathryn and Justin's home. They have baby Morgan - Henry's cousin who is almost 2 weeks older than him.

Henry's First Tooth

Henry has been "teething" for some time now....we could tell his mouth was bothering him, and our pediatrician could too. I could feel a bottom tooth coming, and sure enough when he woke up one morning last week, it had come through during the night. 

We had to document the milestone, and here's his "you take so many pics of me Mama" face.

So, with Mommy hopping around like a crazy person to get H to open his mouth, Daddy snapped away. You can see the tiny top of the tooth poking through his little gums!

Christmas at the Cabin

My amazing mama did it again! She decorated the cabin, prepared an amazing meal, and hosted about 30 of our exteeeended family for the annual Christmas gathering. It's a family reunion of sorts - my great-grandmother had a bunch of siblings and all those kids had kids, and those kids had kids....you get the idea. It makes for a fun time together for those who can come, eat lunch, and catch up.

This was Henry's first time in the lift...I have a feeling as he gets older, this will be more and more fun!

Henry loves being in the baby Bjorn - I think it's so he can feel a part of all the conversation. He loves being with David!

We Believe

I see the Moon, and the Moon sees Me

I was able to photograph this glorious full moon last week....It's breathtaking! 

I loved the way it shone across the still water of the lake.

A {Happy} Thanksgiving

David, Henry and I spent the Thanksgiving week traveling and having fun visiting with family and friends! 

We had a ball seeing everyone...especially Henry! 

Here are the highlights from our week at home:

We spent the night with my girlfriends and their babies

Kim and Judson, Hollie and Hampton, Jill, Glenn and Luke, Henry and I, Meghan and Emerson

It was so sweet and so very special to have them all together!
