Here we are!

I am so excited to finally have our blog up and going! Everyone is so busy and spread out, this is a perfect way to share recipes, suggestions, and keep track of our busy lives!

This blog is the story of Maggie and David Griffin. We love our life, our friends, our family and our pets. We've been married for almost a year, and boy, has time flown! Our 2009 included my best friend Amy getting married a few weeks before David and I, and following our wedding, my best friends Meghan and Hollie came next. The summer of 2009 was filled with fun as we learned every day more about being married, and had a ball doing so! We spent time on the water, enjoyed having our friends visit us, and celebrating at all of those fun wedding festivities!

The fall brought football season, and as always, David and I LOVE going to Athens and cheering on the Dawgs! Sadly, a few weeks before Thanksgiving, my Mama Doris and David's Grandmother both passed away. We rallied as one huge, gigantic, blended family and through love and faith, celebrated their lives by carrying on family traditions that they helped instill in our hearts.

After the holidays, our life had a chance to slow down a bit. And now, here we go again! So, welcome to this funny, crazy, spontaneous life of ours. Hope you enjoy hearing about our little piece of life!
